Has anyone used this relaxer? If you have, did you have a good experience with it and will you be using it again? Thanks

Lboogie, thanks for your response.

Did it leave your hair soft-feeling and did it straighten your hair well? I just purchased this relaxer the other day and I'm pretty sure that I'm going to try it for my next touch up. I've been wavering a bit between trying this relaxer and the new Profectiv relaxer. I'm really hoping that this is the relaxer that I will stay with long term.

It left my hair feeling great. Though I only used it for a touch-up I could see the difference in the results compared to the other products I've used. I was going to get Profectiv as well, but the ORS came with more stuff (LOL). Something else that helped me with the decision is that I've had such good results from the use of ORS products overall, I figured it wasn't much of a risk and boy was I right.

LUCKILY....there wasn't an adverse reaction or horrid results (which normally come with being so absentminded)

I actually purchased the Profectiv relaxer for $7.99 and never used it. I was silly and opened the box, so now I can't take it back.

Yeah, you were lucky that leaving the relaxer on too long didn't damage your hair. Maybe it didn't damage it because the pH level is only 12.5, which is pretty low for relaxers.
