I love ORS Olive oil Lotion in the bottle, but sad to say, it was taking all my hair out! Nothing else gives my natural hair moisture and shine the way it does. I used to use it consistently in the past and just thought I had a real bad shedding problem. Someone here recommended that I eliminate one of my products a week to see if the shedding changed. Sure enough, when I stopped using ORS olive oil lotion, my shedding decreased. I'm not talking about regular shedding- i'm taking about just running my hand through my hair and its covered in strands.
So this past Friday, my hair was really dry and I couldn't think of a better alternative than my past favorite, ORS lotion. My shedding has started all over again and it hasn't even been a week. I washed my hair last night and I shedded so much that I made a ball the size of a gumball (literally) with all my hair- and this is just from my hands, not from what went down the drain. When i styled my hair last night and this morning, I didn't use ORS. This morning, I saw maybe 5 strands- so I know it was the culprit.
...And i thought I had found the one
Hopefully you ladies will be able to continue to take advantage of this great moisturizer though
PS: The Hair Mayo from ORS is my weekly deep conditioning staple, no problems with that one!
