I've used this before. I think it was ok the first time I used it but after that it just seemed kind of drying to my scalp and my scalp wasn't fully clean. I used it on my micros that I kept for 2 months.

I was thinking of trying it out when I get braids. I guess it is worth a try since it is free. But how exactly do you use it, just put it on your scalp and leave it there? Doesn't that cause build up?
