ordered my viviscal yesterday..can I..

can I take one a day instead of two?..do they want it to seem like you have to take two..for your money?...should i just stick to the two as recommended?..or can i take one viviscal and substitue the second dosage with some biotin?...

When I used it, I had great results with the recommended two per day. Viviscal can take up to six months to show results in some people. Up until then, you wouldn't know if you weren't seeing results because it hadn't built up in your system yet or because you were only taking one pill. I'm guessing you're trying to save money and make the pills last longer but I'd really recommend taking two pills.
