Hi missenm - I transitioned for about nine months, and I wouldn't say I had a regime. I wore lots of twist outs and braidouts during my transition, as it was the easiest and best way to blend my textures. I didn't discover LHCF until a few months after my BC, and I still don't have much of a regime. However, I do deep conditioning steam treatments every two weeks or so, rarely use heat, and do co-washes. I haven't updated my album in a while, but hope to do so in a few days.
