I starting juicing my veggies and fruit this year. Mostly a carrot base and then add other fruit or veggies to it. Every time I make juice I add a clove of garlic to it. I've noticed much less shedding since I started this. HTH

i wish i could help but i don't have the credentials yet. lol i just hate to see a post get down the page with no views or replies so I wanted to help out.

I have a question though: what is your regi? I just read a post about combing and how its (apparently the devil) but you know to each his own? That's a start.

Are you noticing the shedding in one particular spot?

I feel your pain. I have been forever on the quest to stop shedding. However, with the help of a few ladies here I have gotten it down to 60% less, WHICH IS MAJOR FOR ME, and anticipate more as I continue on the regimen.

Here is what I use, but I will say that the latest thing I've started, Green Tea Rinses, is when I noticed the immediate reduction,

I use: Nutrine Garlic Shampoo & Conditioner once a week
I take: 2 Nature Valley Garlic supplements
I rinse: 16oz of Distilled water with 2 Green Tea bags

I think the tea rinse is going to be the answer; however, I need to continue all until at least spring since winter shedding is greater.

Have you tried garlic supplements? They worked for me. Recently though I noticed that my shedding and breakage is really reduced after I started using henna and some other ayurvedic stuff

I use the Nutrine Garlic Shampoo and Garlic Supplements (4000 mgs) a day to offset the shedding - working so far

Have you done a search on shedding? I'm having the same problem and found a few threads that suggested some good remedies similar to what the other ladies have mentioned. I just started taking garlic pills and so far I have not noticed a difference. :nono: It's only been a week though. I'll give it more time and report back.
