Just started to take to enchance my hair and skin. Is anyone else on LHCFtaking them.

I take em! Puritan's Pride, supposed to take 3 a day, usually only take two because I forget to take the one at night (that reminds me). I've been taking them for about a month, and while I can't say that I see any changes directly related to my hair, my skin has been wonderfully smooth.

I take Nordic Naturals complete omega 3 6 9 liquid. I usually take a few teaspoons a day. It also has gla in it which is supposed to be even more geared toward hair and nail health. It's yummy too. It leaves a lemon aftertaste sort of like eating a lemonhead.

I must admit, I am taking certified organic flax seed meal which contains omega 3 6 9 and my eczema is clearing up very niclely.
