Definitely the scratch the dandruff and grease afterwards.

I'm surprised no one's said don't let a pregnant woman wash your hair or it'll fall out.

My mama's from the south so I thought I would've seen that one lol

I have heard most of these but scratching the dandruff from the scalp is the worst. My DH's grandmother(RIP) loved to have her head scratched by me. Every time she would visit us, she would get the comb and want me to scratch her scalp. Just nasty!

Another story my grandmother told me, after I had my first baby, was not to wash my hair for 6 weeks erplexed. She said I could get cold down in me and get sick.
