okay ladies, I need your help

i know alot of ladies here uses thier conditioner as a leave in/moisturizer. However, there are a few I tried that do not agree with my hair. I tried aussie, which works wonders as a conditoner, but didnt do much as a leave in.
Im wondering what has worked for everyone?

i have a feeling that not every conditioner can be left in, what ingredients should i avoid.
im thinking of mixing a conditioner with some oil for a moisturizer.
