Tonight was a humdinger in terms of things going smoothly. Hub was having problems, the kids were roudy... the pastries burned in the oven... Nevertheless, with the help of my daughter, I managed to get thru my texlax without too much trouble. I decided to airdry instead of blowdrying straight, because... well, I was lazy and wanted to see what it would look like airdried.
Pic one is basically the relaxer applied and ready to rinse.
Pic two is the rinsed hair conditioned and under a shower cap for about 20 mns.
Pic three is hair freshly texlaxed, conditioned and rinsed, wet, no product.
Pic four is hair about 1 1/2 hours dry time, no product.
Pic five is hair about 2 hours dry time, no product.
As thick as it looks, its still more manageable than if I left it at 20 weeks post. I'm happy with the outcome, and blowdrying will be alot easier now.
