Your hair is beautiful - that red was FIYAH!
This red was extremely hard to keep up. It washed out and faded quickly. It seemed to be gone by the second wash.

Love the bling! I NEED to know your flatironing steps:yep:

My flat iron is simple and lazy, lol. When damp I add my heat protectant and then a little more when it's fully dry. I always airdry because I don't see a difference between blowing vs airdrying when flatironing.

I part my hair into four sections with my fingers and clip each section. I flat iron the back 2 sections first. I part the hair with my fingers. I do big sections and the comb chase method with my Dennman or a comb. I pass the iron over the hair once and I keep the iron on 340. After I finish a whole section I run the flat iron over the whole section all at once. I usually don't add anything after that, but if I want extra umph I add a few drops of Sally's Ion Silk drop
s.

Nice hair. Where did you find the Duo Tex? I finally ran out of the bottle i bought back in '06. I've been looking all this week and nobody has it.

I got the the Duo Tex at Sally's. It was on clearance and I bought a couple big bottles. They are huge and it last a long time. Works really well. I mix it with other conditioners (to get rid of them) and it still works.

Thanks Everyone! Y'all all have been soo encouraging and I couldn't have done it without support from all my LHCF sisters.
