Ok for real - baggie method for long hair

I do the baggie for my hair. But as it grows I need to know how long haired sistas baggie? How do you protect all those strands down the entire length of hair?

PLease share. Oh and when I take my baggie of...my hair is still moist from the products and it stays this way for days...is that good?
