okay i rd that you are only suppose to use oil as a sealer.. like i use it mostly after i wash my hair but i knwo some ppl put a moisturizer then a oil afterwards to seal... personally i think tahts just too much product in my hair for the simple fact that i try to moisturize often...

so the question is can you just put oil on ur hair without using a moisturizer.. and if not why? thanks

I think that your hair should be moisturized before you put oil on....
Some people moisturize 1x a week, every other day, some once a day---as long as your hair is moisturized i think you could put an oil on anytime between then....

I was gonna ask this same question earlier b/c I heard the same thing that you must moisturize first and oil second b/c if not the oil will block out the moisturizer.........hmm something like that :perplexed but I would like to know to

Sometimes I use oil without putting on any moisturizer.

It depends on what my hair needs. There are times when my hair is not in need of a creamy moisturizer.

But, I want to put a little something on my hair for shine or finishing. I don't like using silicone based serums for this, so I will put a little of my Nasabbs Kelechi oil, which is very softening.

It really depends on what my hair needs at the time.
