I do oil rinses after shampooing...
So - this is how I do it:
Benefits? help with softer feeling to my hair. and helps with tangles.....
So - this is how I do it:
- pre poo
- hop in the shower - shampoo/or Baking soda poo
- rinse
- oil rinse.... massage scalp....
- rinse
- out of the shower - post poo condish
- rinse and final rinse.
