Can I oil rinse and twist out on the same day? with it make my twist strech? What products do you ladies use for a twist out?

i was just going to ask...
right now i am using Queen Helene Royal Curl Shaping Creme for my twist out. (under my leave in conditioner). it came nice the first time...hopefully it will work the second time.

I have great twistouts w/ castor oil rinses. The beauty of it is I don't use anything...I just leave a little extra castor oil in my hair instead of rinsing it all. It matches my sheabutter/coconut oil slathered twistouts (I used to use a lot of products to get good twistouts, tehel now no products-- oil rinses=amazing).
