Cactus -A grassy plant in the graminae family, the cymbopogon martini plant is originally from India, Brazil or Madagascar. Its essential oil, extracted by vapour distillation, carries the name Palmarosa. Its rose-like fragrance helps balance and enhances a feeling of relaxation. Applied on the skin, it moisturizes and tones.

Don't know what it does for hair- I am only really familiar with hair E.O.s

I researched cactus oil about three years ago, but did not come up with much. I will probably start researching again because every time it comes up, I get re-intrigued with it.
