YAY! :woot:

There are some really great transitioning threads here. Settle in and get ready for the ride. It will be a good one!

Good for you! Yep. Me too. I viewed the natural hair pics yesterday and i am SICK that i relaxed last year. This will now be my 3rd time going natural in the past 6 years, but now that i've found LHCF, I know how to deal with all the issues i had in the past with my natural hair. I loved it, but my (now ex) husband didn't. Neither did my daughter, but now she's an adult and understands my decision. I'm going to transition instead of BC this time around.

Great news! IMHO I think transitioning/stretching longer than 4-6 weeks is best for our hair. Relaxers can do some terrible things and even just spacing them out will do wonders. When I did relaxers and when I do color, it is always underprocessed. :wallbash:

Welcome to the transitioner family! There's plenty of good information on this site. I learn something new it seems like every day. HHG!
