I gained like two inchs are more. Im soo excited. I have to say anyone whos trying have healthy hair you have to change your diet and workout.

I just eat bananas until I get home for breakfast and lunch. I also eat tuna fish once a week. I eat like that until four pm. After four I eat a regular meal of whatever I want. Water is also key I drink like ten bottles a day. I workout six days a week.
 
Congrats, OP! I have a question for you: would you consider your length BSB (below shoulder blades)? It's hard to tell from the pictures (I gave up on using bras as a comparative length indicator a while ago).

I go to the gym for two hours during my breaks at work. After work I put on tiffany rothes workout or jillian michaels thirty day shred on youtube. Sometimes I put both video together and makeup a routine. Good luck on your journey.

I wear my bras pretty low(small boobs :drunk: ) BSL to me is the equivalent of Mid back lenght ,as you stated people wear bras lower or higher depending on their needs/comfort therefore i wouldn't use it as a measurement tool .
 
I also made a t shirt that measures my growth. Thanks for the information. I really dont care about Length of my hair I just care about the overall health my whole self. The process of hair growth is just a bonus. I do very minimal to my hair soo when I see its actually growing I get excited. Never had long hair as a child or adult.

Sorry. I use the treadmill and eliptical at the gym. I walk very fast because you lose more fat walking beyond your pace tgen running cuz your feet is always off the ground when running.
