NYC:Texturizers $70 and Under?

Does anyone have recommendations for salons that charge $70 or less for texturizers? Some of the prices that I've seen are so expensive.
I'm open to places in Brooklyn, the Bronx or Manhattan. TIA

Wow I wonder how much a professional texturizer on medium to long hair is here in L.A.? I was a DIY'er so that price would make me scream! Oh sorry I have no recommendations. I guess 70 is good compared to Niko's prices.
