I found a store in the bronx that sells surge for
$5.29

Not a big discount but it beats paying $5.99

Take 6 train to Hunts point ave or #19 bus puts you off right in front of the shoppe.

The shoppe is located at 953 southern blvd. You can't miss it , I think it's the only bs over there.
