Nutricap Hairgrowth vit. Profectiv works for me!!

Does anyone know abt a multi-vitamin capsule specifically created for hair and nail growth called Nutricap? If so ... did u find it was efficient in ur hair growth? Did it work real good? I have been using it only for 7 days.

Also I have seen some posts abt Profectiv ... just wanted to say that it works real well with me and it realy keeps my hair moisturized. I use the yellow one for protecting against hair-breakage. I have really dry hair. It grows my hair.I find Isoplus oil sheen hairspray is good too.

I am also curious to find out what is everyone's average annual hair growth here? Mine is around 5-9inches.

Good lawd, your hair grows fast. If I'm not mistaken the average growth per year is 6 inches. That's terrific! Are you relaxed? What's your routine?

hi ... no i do not have relaxed hair. I have not relaxed my hair in over a year now.

I wash my hair around every 3-5 weeks lol (i know that must seem like a big gap but i find the longer i leave moisture and leave it alone the better i know ppl who wash every 3 months)and go to a dominicaine hairdresser every 3 months to get a good wash and treatment. She roller-sets it for me then blowdries it out straight.

When I wash my hair I shampoo then condition it, blowdry and flat-iron it(on medium gage).

I use Isoplus oil sheen hair spray everyday in the morning(i have dry hair), sometimes I use vaseline and Profectiv.

I wear my hair in a bun everyday 100% of the time lol. I drink alot of water lol. I luv water.

At night i wrap my hair and put a stocking on it( i find its more secure than a scarf).

I usually do not take vitamins but recently for abt 7 days i have tried Nutricap. im hopin it will help my hair grow faster.

I dont have a problem growing my hair but because i got a big cut last yr and layered, the shortest layers seem to be growing alooot while the longest grew abt 4.5inches for the yr. My hair grows faster when it is even but im hoping my longest layers will grow fast during this summer.

What is ur hair type? How much do u usually grow annually?
