DO NOT BUY NUTRA RENEW!!!!! It is a scam or better known as a "bait & switch." I purchased the product on 11/15/04 and never received it. Later, there was a charge on my credit card for $89.95. (I had purchased the 30-day free trial for $29.95, which included 2 shampoos, 2 Nutra Renews, and a DVD with Nathan Sanger -- some Beverly Hills' hairdresser to the "stars." Although I have NEVER heard of the guy and I am "up" on all of that.) I called them at 1-888-847-7037 on 11/23/04 and spoke to some rude supervisor named Reggie. I told him I wanted to cancel the order -- he said, "too late, it's been shipped aleady." I told him I had purchased it for $29.95 NOT $89.85 -- he went on and told me that they read from a script, etc. and that I had agreed to the $89.85 to be paid up front with EXPRESS SHIPPING! I told him I never ordered any such thing -- he gave me a condescending tone like I was some stupid woman. (I have my Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Suffolk University in Boston, MA.) Then, I said that I wanted a refund. He told me that when he receives the package back in his hands, then he would issue me a refund. I said to him that their company were the ones who scammed me and overcharged my card without my authorization! Plus, I told him I never got the package! (Coincidentally, on 11/26/04, three days after I spoke to him, it came in the mail USPS Priority (2-3 days) from Reno, NV.) Then, I used it this morning -- the stuff smelled like dog shampoo and is not made of all-natural ingredients as claimed on their website and ads. It is all chemicals!!! It also states that one 4 oz. bottle lasts eight weeks! I have already used 1/4 of the bottle just this morning and I have straight hair, down to my shoulders -- which are all cut in layers. (I am Japanese-American.) This stuff is crap and totally worthless -- if they scammed 2000 other people and if they did not return their product, they would have an interest-free loan for $179,900.00. For 5000 people, it would be $449,750.00!!!!!! (You get the picture?) I told them I'd report them to The Better Business Bureau AND the Nevada & Massachusetts Attorney Generals' Office. They were like, "Whatever." Then today, I called them to get an RA # (return authoriz.) and I got some rude girl named "Heather." She asked me why I didn't like the Nutra Renew. I felt like telling her the stuff looked and smelled like seminal fluid from those Reno whorehouses. (LOL.) But I didn't. I told her I had been ripped off and I didn't appreciate it and I have my $89.85 in dispute and I wanted to just return it. She said since I had been a "bad customer" -- I would have 6 days to return it, insured with delivery confirmation. (Which I did this morning.) I told her I had 30 days to return it. She answered, "Not for you." I was like, "Excuse me?" She said they read from a script and that they had asked me if I wanted to purchase a three-months' supply of Nutra Renew with "Express Shipping" and I had said "Yes." I said no such thing!! I said I was already going to get the $$ back from the credit card. She told me they would fight it and get their money (twice)-- even though they're getting their product back (minus the shampoo and Nutra Renew that I am supposed to keep as a "gift.") Later, I called again on 11/27/04 and spoke to "Dindi." What a ditz! She could barely speak English for one...then she said they'd better get the stuff back by 12/06/04, in their hands, otherwise she would charge my card again...what is it with these jerks? I told her the same thing..that I'd complain to the NV and MA AG's offices and The Better Business Bureau. Her response was "Why don't you call the President Bush while you're at it." I told her to "F" off and learn to speak English! (Mind you, I am Japanese-American from Tokyo, Japan.....but my English is perfect!) Then she asked, "Is there anything else I can do for you?" I was like, "Yeah, tell your boss he's an #@$#$^#$." Then she hung up on me. (LOL.) I told the credit card company about this scam and the cust. serv. rep. said they probably got the idea for the product from the movie, "There's Something About Mary." (The part where Cameron Diaz gets "goo" in her hair and uses it as hair gel but it's really Ben Stiller's "goo.") (LOL.) A wicked funny movie, if you haven't watched it, rent it. Maybe I'll mail them the video....Anyway, their address is Nutra Renew 4910 Longley Lane, Suite 101, Reno, NV 89502 and again their # is 1-888-847-7037. Call and complain, complain, complain...it may take a 1/2 hour for them to answer. My husband wanted to call them up and place a fake order and see what they would say to him. (He's a police officer.) Anyway, this could also be considered "mail fraud." Which is a FEDERAL OFFENSE LADIES!! (Since they are using the USPS.) So, DO NOT BUY THIS CRAP!!!!!!! Save yourself the trouble and money!!!!

I have been to that board and many people complained about that company so much. There was even a Japanese woman who disliked the line and customer service.
