I don't use heat, I have a wash and go curly style daily.

How often and in what manner should I use this? You can apply it to your hair after you wash and apply your leave ins, your can apply it your ends after you apply profective healthy ends and then use the NTM to seal your ends, you can just use it on your hair to add shine to it.
Does anyone use this consistently? Yes, it is one of my staples, I rotate between NTM serum, kemi oyl, and John Freida serum..
Ends? Length? Yes, definitely my ends and length

I don't use heat, I have a wash and go curly style daily. After you do your wash and go you can apply it to your hair to get that shine and put a little on the ends...you can basically do alot of things with it. HTH
