Yes, I take Nouritress its ok its just like all the other Vitamins out there.

When I first began my journey to better hair in 2003 this was the first vitamin I took. I got pretty good results. Once I started reading up on supplements that are good for hair and promote growth I began comparing labels. While I thought this was agood product I felt I could find something just as good if not better in my local vitamin shop or gnc so I didn't have to pay for shipping.
