I applied a perm and it came out underprocessed in the back portion of my hair. I section it into four sections. I do the back two parts first then the front, but the back for the last two applications have been coming out underprocessed. I dont know if it is due to old perms (which I used two, I used the old one first, whcihc attacked the back). I did this process for the last two times. should I try a FRESH PERM.
