Non greasy scalp protector help??

I am looking for a base for my scalp that isn't greasy. Other than the Affirm and Elucence brands, does anyone know of brands that have one (I'm looking to pick one up rather than order online).

LIV hairdress creme. Its cheap too. Maybe some oil sheen, I have done that a few times.
