Sorry this is a double post from Salon Review...but no one has been in there...
Anyone know a good salon in the Northern VA (or DC) that's good with hair care?...
One that:
-uses minimal products...
-doesn't have your hair hard and/or stiff...
-doesn't require you to go home and restyle your hair...
-looks like you just left a salon (I'm sure yall know what I mean)...
-doesn't overlap...
-has reasonable prices...(hate being charges $50 for a wash and curl, please
)
I plan on getting a touch up this weekend and really don't want to do it myself but I may have to
