No heat method for deep conditioning!

Hey Ladies,

I was checking out the phytospecific site and under their secrets and tips, it was stated that you can use foil for deep conditioning instead of a dryer. So for all of you that would like to stop applying heat to your hair altogether, this is a great method.

Do you mean covering with foil over the plastic cap?

Well they did not suggest a plastic cap and then foil, however that is the method I did and it worked great!

Hmm I might try this on my next wash, but it sounds like it could get messy if you dont use a plastic cap.
