I've been using Nioxin for a month now, and although it's giving me amazing progress, my face is just :nono: I've got all these small white spots especially on my fore head. I don't touch them for fear of getting more. Does it remain with you for whole time ur using it, or just whilst ur body is getting used to it?

Oh no I feel your pain! I have the worst of the worst when it comes to skin (extremely sensitive, oily in the T-Zone, dry in other areas), but I take Nioxin faithfully and my skin has been on its best behavior. Have you notice the white spots since taking Nioxin?

ETA: Yes I definitely wouldn't touch them for fear of spreading and scarring. What you can do is a 15 minute facial steam with water and sea salt and then maybe a bentonite clay mask. The steam opens the pores and the salt disenfects, and the mask gets the gunk out. Many ladies swear by the mask!

I've never had problems with breakouts. Eversince I've started using african blacksoap my goal blackouts have become little to none.
I highly recommend u give it a try as well :)

Yes, add a super B complex vitamin to balance you out. This plus a topical treatment (clean and clear foaming cleanser) has helped greatly.

I broke out yes, I even used the b complex with it. I bought 2 bottles of that stuff too thinking I wouldn't have break outs. Yup I stopped after a month.

Nope, not at all....but I drink at least two liters of water per day, and two 8ounce glasses of my green smoothie per day. I'm thinking all that plant food and water helps tremendously.
