I bought these vitamins a few weeks ago, is anyone still using/or ever used and saw results?

I used them...they did nothing. Using Phytophanere now and I've at least seen results on my nails have another bottle to go before I can give results about my hair.

I have been taking for 2years and they work good for me. The trick with this vitamin or really any hair vitamin is to change the mix sometimes. I boost mine with Rexall Hair, Skin and Nails, They are about $7. The GNC Womens Hair Skin and Nail Formula would be a good mix also. Vitamins work you can't see that they are working you just know that they are.
