Hey Sweetpeadst i used the Nioxin follicle booster along with Minoval a year ago to regrow my temples chewed up by braids. I really like it it does work that was before finding the mtg. I love their whole line specially the Nioxin therapy its really great and formulated specially for the scalp. The chinese guy at my bss on 116th recommended me that product and its always out of stock there. i used it all while transitioning and i liked it.;) i dont use it anymore i see many products that work well for hairlines temples like minoval, follicle booster, mtg and more but i would say follicle booster is a good product!:)

I did use it and when I did my hair was so thick my hairstylist and the other stylist at the salon was like what are you doing. I'm hiding my hair and using mtg, msm, and lots of other vitamins right now so I fought the urge to by some more yesterday. I think I will go back to it when I where my own hair out some more on one of my weave breaks. Good product for some people, but I think some ladies had other results. HTH:)

I had good results with this product when I first joined the board.
I use it on my thined hairline and bald spots and saw results in two weeks I alternated it with Profectiv Anti-thinning Creme and Castor oil.

I use Nioxin products. I started about a month ago because of my very fine hair. I went the whole route and got shampoo. conditioner, scalp treatment and the follicle booster. I have to say that I am very impressed with the products and the Follicle Booster is my favorite.

My hair is thicker and stronger. I have the kind of hair that when it's
wet it feels like cotton candy and I get those knots on my ends and on the hair shaft itself. When I do my hair with my Maxi Glide it feels very soft..even a bit silky. But it is very fine.

The Nioxin is working for me. So I am gonna hang in there with it for now.

I used it when I experienced thinning around the edges from PP shedding & saw results within about a month.

Where can I get some of this follicle booster? Do they sell this in Trade Secrets

I think Trade Secrets does sell it, JcPenney's does.
