I don't think I could EVER spend 35-40mins detangling So I'm not surprised she cut it all off. When I was a child my mother used to spend an hour detangling my hair. Needless to say after this pic was talking she cut my hair to neck length

What's your cut off point?

Personally, I would refuse to spend more than 30mins on detangling.
