Nice long layers

Okay...so my RA doctor told me I should cut my hair a bit while I am weeming off the meds. - saids it will look fuller - That is no problem - can someone reccommend someone in NYC that can cut nice long layers for me?? my hair is 3 inches pass my bra strap...

Thanks for putting that post up for me. Yes, Miguelina is good for trimms and I've seen her do a good friend of mine (long relaxed hair), cutting it into layers and it looked lovely.
