Nexxus Vita-Tress line

Hi ladies! Has anyone used this line and really saw a difference in their hair? I'm considering buying the Biotin Shampoo, Cysteine conditioner and the Biotin Creme.

I have one part in my kitchen that splits and breaks no matter what I do to it, so I'd like to do more to strengthen that area. Just wanted to know if any of you had good, bad or indifferent experiences with this product line.

I bought the Vita-Tress Biotin and Cysteine conditioner last month.
The shampoo made my hair kind of hard and left it a little bit dry I have not used it following a pre hot oil treatment yet to see if that makes a difference.
My hair did not like the Cysteine conditioner at all it made my hair hard and tangled I rinsed immediately and followed with a moisturizng conditioner.
The best product in the line is the Biotin cream I have been using it for month with good results.
