goodmorning everyone:

either nobody gives a hoot OR nobody uses this stuff BUT i'll still give my $.02.

this product is awful (for me)

last night i clarified w/aloe rid gentle clarifying shampoo, conditioned w/humectress ultimate moisturizing conditioner, shampooed 2x w/therappe luxury moisturizing shampoo, and the deep conditioned w/humectress ultimate moisturizing conditioner under a heat cap for @20 minutes. i then proceeded to rollerset w/the versastyler which i could tell right of the bat that it was not good b/c it was sticky/slippery like sugar water. when i was under the dryer i got my second indicator that it was getting worse b/c i heard snap, crackle, and popping sounds (i haven't heard this sound since my lottabody days in the early 90's.)
moving right along...so, i'm dry in roughly 30 minutes (thanks to my ionic dryer) and my hair is crispy and crunchy but the curls are perfect. the comb-out was dry/brittle (a few long strands snapped off) and it was really poofy/coated not like my normal silky/full-of-body sets. i was gauranteed a beautiful set until i used that darn versastyler. to remedy the dryness i put on some botanic oil, put it in a bun w/a silk scrunchy, wrapped it w/a silk scarf and slept on my silk pillowcase (my poor hair needed it)

somehow, this morning my hair is shiny, smooth, and silky w/waves but inspite of this; i'm returning this product.

HATED IT!!!!!!!

okay, so now i have another question- *hopefully someone will be willing to answer it....

last night i could have rollerset w/headress volumizing leave-in conditioner (i used to do this a while ago but i became concerned about over-conditioning b/c i do a deep conditioner each time i shampoo my hair. my hair never did become limp or mushy = 1 sign of over-conditioning but i still had that nagging concern)

the question is, do you ladies use a leave-in after doing a deep condition???
