Nexxus Humectress Con or ORS CON pak.....

I love the ORS Con pak, it conditions nicely and it's only a bit over a dollar/pk. But I have seen alot of positive feedback on the Nexxus Con., has anyone used both, and can you tell us which you liked best and why, Nexxus is pricey for me, but I'm willing to buy it, if it's really good as i'm hearing. T.Y.

I recently bought Nexxus humectress and my hair loves it. It makes it very soft. ORS Con pack was just ok for me. It didn't make my hair very soft. I've used it twice. JMHO

I would have to say the ORS did a better job of DCing for my hair. I use both. I use the ORS Pak when I need to DC after the Humectress as a regular condish on my weekly washes. I've been using Humectress for the past 4 years and I love it! It moisturizes my hair and makes it soft. It also works great for me as a leave in. I've had the same bottle for a long time though. Almost a year now and it's not gone yet. If you spend the money and your hair likes it, it's worth it. Sometimes I'll mix the Humectress with the ORS Pak and heat it up and then put it on my hair and put a plastic cap on. If the ORS pak works for you, I'd say keep using it. HTH...

I've tried both and I perfer Humectress- my hair and new growth was super soft after I rinsed it out. I think it works better if you use it w/ the Nexus shampoo.

I've used Humectress fairly regularly for the past 5 years or so. I don't know if the formula was changed or what, but with my more recent purchases of it, the product just hasn't been the same.

I started using the ORS pack off-and-on a few months ago and found my hair likes it much better (more slip and moisturizing). I still have a huge bottle of Humectress to use, so I've demoted it for use as my CW conditioner and a "finishing" conditioner after protein.

I actually have used both. I think when I really get down to it I like ORS con pak better. My hair does seem softer and moisturized after I use it. PLUS ORD is acutally a DC, and Nexxus isn't. You can use Nexxus as a DC but I think that ORS works better, and the smell is wonderful. I'm not using either right now because I want to try Keracare Humecto. But try sleeping with the pak, your hair will feel like heaven in the morning!!

They are the only two moisturizing conditioners I use. I love the smell of the ORS. They both give me great results though so I alternate.

Between the two, for me I liked the ORS pak...though I don't use it anymore because they changed the formula and it's not as good (JMO) it's still way better than the Humectress by NExxus.
