Nexxus Emergencee before or after

Hi all

When to use N.emergencee...a week before relaxer or after...maybe both? How long with heat or no heat? Any suggestions will help. This board is awesome!

I believe most people use Emergencee a week after and keraphix the week before...try to do a search about it and let me know what you find!

I don't use keraphix, but I use emergence.
I use emergence when my new growth gets extremely thick in order to prevent breakage and I also use the emergence to restore strengh to my hair after my relaxer.

You could use it either way - I think. I use it whenever my hair needs a bit of strength. With heat - follow the instructions on the packaging as to time....

I use it after EVERY relaxer tho - without fail.

I use emergencee every 4 to 6 weeks. I usually leave it on 30 minutes with a cap and no heat. The intructions says 10 minutes so follow the instruction if this is your first time using it to see how your hair responds to it.
