How long do you think you could use it every week without over doing it?

It depends on the state your hair is in. It's for damaged hair, so if your hair is healthy I would be careful. Maybe you could use it every other week for a few months, then cut back to once a month. It's such an incredible product I wish I could use it every day!!! But as usual... less is more

I use to use it years ago once a week and my hair was in good condition. I guess it depends on your hair.
