The first time I tried it my hair was hard and tangled I use it with the Nexxus Vitress Biotin shampoo (not a good combo for my hair)
I have learned I have to use it with a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner
like Elucence or NTM.
I use it for a month and it made my hair stronger and thicker.
The treamtment is in liquid form kind of sticky and not moisturizing at all and you have to be careful and dont use too much.
I am still using it in my hair regimen.
