Newly Transitioning: One Question Help!

I'm newly transitioning. I'm currently bsb. I'm not BC'ing. I'm riding the relaxer out. I would like to have natural MBL hair. Can I continue growing my hair probably near waist-length with relaxed ends and just cut it to MBL?

This is probably a dumb question, though.

I can be a stubborn fool sometimes. But, I'll still give it a shot. I've done a lot more difficult things in my life! Being hard-headed is a pleasure to me, lol.
