Hello ladies, I am a new to the forum and just want to say how excited I am to be here. I have been reading a lot of your stories, trails and errors and can truly say you all are the reason I have stayed on my journey toward my natural hair goal. I decided to go natural December 2003 and almost went back to my relaxer on several occasions. Although I liked my relaxed hair, I wanted to discover my natural side and after the six-month mark I was totally in love with my new found texture. And I am approaching my 1st year. I currently have about 5 inches of natural and 6 inches of relaxed hair. I have been snipping away a little each month and plan to be 100% NATURAL by MAY 2005 /images/graemlins/rofl.gif Currently wearing bun and twist out styles.
