Hey everyone! I have been visiting this site for a very long time and recently became a member...I just started my fotki page and there are only a few pictures there. I have a problem...I don't know what my hair type is. If anyone can help me figure out what type, it would be gladly appreciated. I am all natural ...sometimes a quick press every once in awhile... I will be updating and putting better pictures and info. as soon as I come back from a trip...but for right now I have twists. Please check it out.....

Welcome to LHCF. Your hair is pretty, sorry can't help you with the hair type, I am challenged in that area

(Me neither)

But I just wanted to say hi

Your hair is pretty indeed. I really like the two strand twists. :yep:

Thanks yall for the complements...I will indeed keep trying to get it to grow healthy. I have only been fully natural for some months and so I am still learning what is good for my hair and what I can use to control it. I have a major frizz problem....sometimes if I'm not careful, my hair can end up looking like its had electric shock! Being that I'm in school...money supply is low..so I'm still looking around for hair products that aren't too expensive and still have good quality and actually works.

This is actually my second time growing my hair out from a relaxer. My junior/senior year in H.S. i grew my relaxer out in order to get a wave nouv. (the curly/wavy perm) and my hair broke off so much because I didn't have the perm all the way out. So, I BC and started over fresh again.....May 2004 I couldn't even think of putting my hair in a ponytail...but thankfully it has really grown.

It looks like 3a/3b to me!! Welcome to the forum and thanks for sharing your album with us.
