Hi I am new to this site.. I pretty much don't know how to navigate through the site. I am not sure how to see other people's regimens, get friends, join groups etc. Help if you can!

WELCOME to the hair boards!! There is a search function, which can be used to find any and everything.. Search regimen and so many different threads will come up.. Its wise to do this before starting a new thread..
