Hi everyone

I am new to the group. I have a couple of questions,If anyone can give me advice I would truly appreciate it. I have 4b hair,the length is just past my ears. My main problem is the back portion of my hair. It always seem to break very easily. At this point it is very damaged in the back.I have read about the aphogee treatment.I am going to try it,but I am due for perm It has been 2 months. I dont know rahter to use the aphogee treatment before or after I perm my hair.

If your hair is breaking alot that is a sign to condition. I would use a reconstructor and moisturise that area alot

HEYYY!! I'm new here but not to haircare. Try is before to make your hair stronger for the relaxer. Then after if your having problems. If not, moisturize it. Lots of Length!

You may want to conduct a Search of the LHCF site. I believe Supergirl posted some detailed info. re: relaxers, and in particular, what causes certain types of breakage, such as the type your hair is experiencing at the moment.

I think I am alreay addicted.Me and My husband I are already fighting over the computer.

How can i pull up the how to perm posts, I think I am going to need a little help. After I do the treatment how long do I have to wait before I perm my hair? I purchased thid new product today called sheabutter mega moisture, It is made by the company called wondergro,Does any one have any reviews on this product?
