Hi Ladies! I am a Newbie and have been absolutley AMazed at the Gorgeous :drunk: heads of hair both relaxed and natural.

I found LHCF over summer after finding a balding area near the front of my head and my crown. I started using MN and more recently castor oil.

Here is where I began,

These pics are more recent taken in november.

I am excited to see how long my hair can grow. I have always had thick hair but it constanntly broke at SL. I was the typical uninformed person, who pulled the relaxer through out her head :perplexed and thought blue magic was a moisturizer.

Here is where I began in August .

yes - Welcome!!

I can't tell by the pics but how is the bald spot doing currently? is the MN and castor oil helping? And are you using cold pressed castor oil or jbco?

Aww thank you Ladies, you have Beautiful Hair!!!!!!

It is pretty much filled in with new growth. Both helped. I started using the MN first about 2-3x a week but have never been regular with use, although I am trying to get more consistent. I diluted it with oil and a little moisturizer.

The castor oil is cold pressed, although I am interested in JBCO. I have only started using this in the past 2 months, but my hair definetely seems thicker, although im not sure if its all due to castor oil.

Welcome to the board!! :) I enjoyed reading your introduction post and love that you posted pictures.

Although I am newer to the forum than you are, I wanted to extend a welcome to you, also, in addition to commending you on your progress. Keep on keeping on, Gurlie!

THANK You All for the Very Warm Welcome. I am so excited!!!!
Hopefully one day I can reach the lengths that you all have. I am also considering transitioning.
