Hi ladies! I've been lurking for a while now, reading, learning and spending waaay toooo much money. Yes, i'm a product junkie. I want to thank you ladies for all the information given on this forum. Everyone here is very knowledgeable and always willing to share information This place is like the encyclopedia for healthy hair. I decided to transition from relaxed to natural hair, last perm was Feb. 13, 2010. My goal was to transition for 18 months but honestly don't think i'll last that long so now i'm looking to cut at 1 yr. post relaxer. My hair was at apl when i decided to transition and am now right around shoulder length and may cut to chin length when i reach 6 months post. I cowash daily, wear a fake bun during the week and do a twist out for the weekends. So, i just wanted to thank each and every one of you for making the beginning stages of my transition easier.
