Lol, you ladies have no idea how long I've been surfing this forum, its crazy. I've discovered this forum in grade 10 when I made the decision to take care of my own hair but didn't know where to turn. I am lucky though because hair growth has never been a problem in family my mom had relaxed waistlength hair I myself have two heads of hair and had no problem with length. But as I got older I did not take care of it the way I should have and it broke like crazy. I also had my first relaxer pretty young so around six and that's because I begged for it! Anyway I had my BC a week ago (I am currently writing from uni). I have just transitioned to my first year of university and I am really excited.

Also before I forget; a little more about me, I am of african background, my dad is Congolese and my mom is Togolese. I have type 4z hair but when properly moisturized curls do pop. I also have problems with dandruff and as a newbie I've been having a bit of trouble organising a regimen but I am getting there. A big thing with afro textured hair is moisture so that will be a focus of mine. TIA for those read my thread and I hope I will have earned myu stay on this forum MWA!
