By the way, congrats! I see you're from Brasil. I guess you guys won a soccer tournament yesterday? All I know is I partied in the streets of South Beach all night last night with a gazillion Brazilians celebrating something. haha

I'm from Brazil but I don't have any contact with other brazilians here. I'm probably the only brazilian in town. I wish I lived in florida where I know that there are tons of Brazilians.

Now are the Bantu Knots, just buns is small sections of your hair?? Or is there more to it?

That's just what I do,5 to 8 mini buns and I put scrunchies around it or secure it with bobby pins.

Beautiful Wildflower. You went from neck length to below shoulder with a 2 inch trim in a year. Nice progress. Very nice pics and baby Rebbeca is adorable too.

Thanks everybody. If it werem't for this forum my hair would still ve like the march pic of my progress folder, neck length. I used a curling iron religiously everyday, sometimes twice a day and aways wondered why my hair didn't grow past that. I know better now. Im' learning what to do and not to do with my hair and it's thriving. My hair grows slowly, like a little more than 1/4 inch per month, but at least I'm retaining my new growth.
