So basically all natural hair will shrink in warm weather almost like its trying to be an Afro. Regardless of stretched stylles like twist outs. Is that correct? Can you avoid shrinkage ?

Shrinkage is a sign of healthy hair. Unless your hair is naturally straight, it should kink and coil.

But no, not all hair will shrink into an Afro in warm weather. With proper setting techniques and quality products, you can get at least 5-7 days out of your hair.

Maybe not a silk press, but a twist out or wash and go should be fine.
