Check out his blog for the link of his interview with Macherie. He talks about some new things in the works for keracare and some general good hair info.

cool! Thanks for sharing! Macherie is like the poster child for keracare products :yep:

ETA: he also has some info on BKT on there... I love how in the interview he talked about how having additional oil will slow the relaxer process down and the different formulations for relaxers...no-lye relaxers bing less irritating to the scalp, but possbly more damaging the hair, etc....interesting! Relaxed ladies should listen to this...

ETAA: here is where he talks about BKT and the formaldehyde risks: http://www.dralisyed.com/2009/07/keratin-formaldehyde-revelation-cancer.html#more The three brands he tested were all over the legal limit of 0.2%.
The three brands tested were salon professional brands:
1. Keratin Complex Smoothing Therapy - it contains 1.00% formaldehyde active.
2. Nanokeratin System - Hair Therapy Cream - contains 1.00% formaldehyde active.
3. Brazilian Hair Straightening - One Day Treatment - contains 4.0% formaldehyde active.
